No. Any sponsor or exhibitor can take advantage of this service. The 10% discount applies to IPMA members, or sponsors who have purchased a Messaging Matrix.

It applies to eligible JGC marketing support fees. It does not apply to third-party hard costs like printing, shipping, fabrication, travel, or other vendor pass-throughs unless stated. Book by April 30, 2026 to qualify. (subject to availability).

Your sponsorship level, your primary goal for the conference, your brand assets or guidelines, and any existing content you already have such as a case study, ad files, booth specs, or past event materials.

We provide the writing, design, and final artwork files. Printing and fabrication are typically handled by your preferred vendor or the event’s approved suppliers.

Anything that requires interviews, approvals, or deeper production work. Case study production in particular has a firm cutoff due to timelines. If you’re unsure, book a call and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.
